The rates are per person and include a 3% service charge.

After October 25th you must register on-site. Registration fees are due in full the first day of the conference.

Press Registration:Press interested in attending the 11th Annual C4ISR Journal Conference must download the Media Release Form and submit by e-mail to Yvonne Dudley or fax to (703) 642-7325. The release form provides the press free access to all speaker sessions, but none of the other benefits extended to paid registrants.

Registration Policy :

• If for any reason your payment was not received prior to the conference, payment is due in full the first day of the conference.
• If payment is not received by the last day of the conference, a $50 late charge will be applied.
• Registration may not be shared by two or more individuals.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations will receive a full refund if notice is submitted on or before September 1.
• All cancellations must be received in writing.
• Cancellations received after September 1 will only receive 50 percent of their conference registration fee as a refund.
